Once tennis balls have lost their pressure, they
are no longer suitable for tennis and are usually just thrown away, typically
ending up in landfill sites. Since 2010 we have been offering a much better solution,
as we recycle these used tennis balls, giving them a new lease of life...
The main part of our business consists of the
repressurisation of tennis balls, so that they can be used for playing tennis again. Of course, not all of the balls will
repressurise to the correct pressure, so these balls are given to the various charities
that we support, as shown below.
We are particularly proud of our charity based
recycling. This involves the packaging up of balls to donate to various
charities, including Save The Children,
NSPCC, Barnardo's, Under Privileged Nurseries / Schools,
Children's Homes, Rescue Centres, RSPCA, Police Dogs, Guide Dogs, Etc. Etc.
We also make regular cash
donations to the following charities :
ANCHOR, APLA, Blue Elephant, CALM, Cancer Research, Children’s Hospices,
EOL Hospices, Various Food banks, Make A Wish, Macmillan Cancer Support, Make A
Wish, NSPCC. ROMPA, RSPCA, Tennis First, Tennis For Free, Tennis Fundraising, The
Alzheimer's Society , The Brain Tumour Charity, The British Heart
Foundation, The National Autistic Society, The Parkinsons Disease Charity, The
Stroke Association, The Tennis Foundation, Veterans Lifeline, Etc, Etc.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry we are a little late with this quarters update, but we wanted to get our accounts finalised and registered with Companies House and HMRC before posting our final figures for this financial year.
We are very pleased to confirm that over the past 12 months we have donated a total of £9,837.00 to the charities that we support.
We donated to the following charities :
ANCHOR, APLA, Blue Elephant, Bright Ideas For Tennis, CALM, Cancer Research, Children’s Hospices, EOL Hospices, Make A Wish, Macmillan Cancer Support, Make A Wish, NSPCC. ROMPA, RSPCA, Tennis First, Tennis For Free, Tennis Fundraising, The Alzheimer's Society , The Brain Tumour Charity, The British Heart Foundation, The National Autistic Society, The Parkinson’s Disease Charity, The Stroke Association, The Tennis Foundation, Various Food Banks, Veterans Lifeline, Etc.
Not included in the above figures is a £500.00 donation which we just made to the D.E.C Ukraine & also to The Red Cross humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine appeal.
We Also over the past 12 months donated over 7,000 balls to the following charities :
Under Privileged Nurseries, Schools, Children's Homes, Rescue Centres, Dogs Trust, RSPCA, Police Dogs, Guide Dogs, Armed Forces Dogs.
I would like to say a big thank you for your continued support, as without you, these charitable donations would simply not be possible.
As I mentioned in my previous email, I thought I had a couple of health issues just to being over 60, but I was sent for a brain scan by my doctor, when they did the scan they found a tumour, so I explained that it would be difficult for me to take balls to the tip and asked if everyone could please be very diligent with the balls being sent and not put in balls that will possibly be rejected.
Also, because of the above, it is taking me a little longer to sort through all the sacks that come in, so it is now approximately 14 days from the date the sack is collected until the bank transfer is completed.
